Currently we expect all support requests to be related only to
KtsDoclet.
Below are instructions on how to submit support requests including defects, questions and feature requests.
To submit a support request, send email with the subject line describing the nature
of your request (defect, question or feature request) to:
support@kpht.com
If you are reporting a KtsDoclet defect, please provide as much as possible information from the list below:
- Version of used JVM and JDK and the hardware and the OS where defect has occurred.
- Exact set of options passed to the Javadoc tool and KtsDoclet.
- Nature of the defect. If defect is that KtsDoclet generated an exception, or the

inconsistencies or errors in the documentation of KtsDoclet or in the Help file of the
generated documentation.
- If KtsDoclet generated exception, please include complete stack trace.
- If the generated pages have unexpected or erroneous text or links (or broken links), please describe it and, if possible,
send us generated documentation (preferrably all but at least erroneous pages).
- If possible (which we realize may not be the case),
send us the ZIP or TAR file containing the sources of the Java programs
which caused the defect, or at least the fragments of the Javadoc comments which you suspect
caused an error.
